009 Pronounced as (Double-oh-oh Nine) is created to better assist those who are Low Income and would like to receive dollars off of their Plans for ACLA appointments with L & T Associate's. This may or may not include Optional Services and some other services not listed. Some Organizations and Groups may also APPLY for 009. Just Request this when you talk with a Representative. {L & T Associate's now has a Card for Low-Income Clients to get money off on their visits for services. The new card is called 009 CaRD and you can receive one after you sign up for services. This Card will be effective as of January 31st of 2020.}

What is considered confidential?

When you talk with an Representative your information is between you and your Representative, Consultant, Confabbist or Coach. You can however fill out a Release of Information Form if you need to. But L & T Associate's won't give out your personal information to anyone without your permission.
