No one wants to be left behind, but in a fast paced and busy world many people may have felt left behind. Sometimes it feels like a cold world when it should be hot. This just means that some people really feel left out when they shouldn't feel this way at all. Everyone wants to fit in somewhere in this world unless they totally want to just be alone. People are created to want to be around others, especially people that like them. It's a real plus when you find someone who likes doing the things that you like to do. One truth is, is that people most of all or overall want to be liked.

I realize that some people make groups that won't include others because they don't quite fit in to what they are looking for in a group. This may make some people feel uncomfortable, but in a way if you have been on bad terms with one another it is understandable. I wouldn't just judge a book by it's cover and expect to know what's really in the book, although I can try. 

People want safe groups. I gather that, but why misinterpret someone. People all want at least two things in this world to belong and to have things. People may not always have everything in common but they learn to come together with a mutual respect. Respect is the first thing that all adults require when coming together with other adults. Don't leave them behind.

To be a part of the Times Tables Conference you must sign and send in the form through email. You do not have to have much knowledge about multiplication to be signed-up for the conferences. Conferences just allow you to listen, study, take notes, complete work, do return assignments and ask questions in a group or in paired groups. You must be at least 18 years of age or older or a parent may sign up their child to listen.
