Can I sign someone up for ACLA Services?

Yes, if you have a child/children or family, if you are a guardian of someone, a co-parent, a payee guardian of someone and if you are involved with someone who cant sign up on their own because of lack of information, and if you are from another service and want to refer someone with their consent. You may need to use the Co-Applicant or witness Form 

Some reasons why someone may need a Co-Applicant or Witness Form is >

• if someone needs a social security card or number, a birth certificate, State ID or Drivers License, voters of registration card, medical card, link card and etc,

to prove their identity to receive services (they need someone who knows them personally, such as a parent, friend, neighbor, parent, guardian, specialist or family member)

What happens if I stop my Services?

 

• You can lose your placement or spot and be replaced
• If you can get your placement back, It may take several months (maybe years)
• Your benefits may stop immediately    
• You will miss out on special offers and other programs

You must give a valid reason as to why you stopped your services for us to understand why you stopped services. This is necessary so that we can reconsider you without delay if at all possible. What are the benefits of your ACLA Services?

The benefits of L & T's ACLA Services is to have a Representative there for you. A personal coach will be able to assist you each day if you wish. While this doesn't guarantee you forever, you'll have it with one as long as they are available. We know that services aren't free but you can gain seniority no matter what your age is. Seniority may cut down your cost dramatically but the catch is to make your needed appointments and attend to them. This is all up to you the individual.  Having a ACLA Coach can be received as very important for some people. They will receive advice from an expert or someone with experience, you can receive genuine encouragement, ACLA Coach guidance and more. Clients are respected and their services are confidential and private. ACLA Coaches can be a life time buddy until their services expire.

Another benefit about our services is that when you are offered, you can choose your own ACLA Representative (this means that you can and should always pick a Representative that is of your choice, but if you like the office where you are attending already and they don't have any other ACLA representatives there is limited choosing) and get information about other services, products information, especially pertaining to information that others may not even have yet, when it's available, and discounts or lower prices from these other businesses or companies through L & T Associate's.

How should I make my appointments?

(It is best to make appointments between one or two weeks ahead of time to ensure that you can arrive on time for your visit and fill in a slot for your preference.) But you can schedule an appointment anytime. Most times, your representative will make the appointment for you during your visit with them. Consultants can become  very busy during the holidays, so please be considerate of appointment schedules. Please do the best that you can in keeping your appointment during these holidays, especially and call your Representative if you know that you can't make it to an appointment. In these cases you will not be penalized on services. So, please note, that the earliest that you can call and cancel an appointment is best. Don't delay another minute, schedule an appointment with L & T Associate's Today to start your process for early progress. 

Can clients do Walk-Ins or come in for same day appointments?

​Yes, you can do Walk-Ins (Walk-Ins are same day appointments.) Walk-Ins are important to some people. That means that you do not have to make an early appointment such as two weeks ahead of time. You can call to check availabilities for a visit and when there is a slot or space available for you can just come in for a ACLA visit that same day. Isn't that just great, you don't have to wait anymore.

But of course you can make your appointment whenever you like.

Can I earn cash on here?

Yes, in fact you can join our Referral Rewards Program. This is how it works, every time you refer someone to receive ACLA Services with L & T Associate's, you will earn $5 towards every new client/customer that actually signs up with us and starts receiving services. They must at least attend 2 or more visits to assure that they will continue our services. In signing up with us, L & T Associate's, wants our clients to feel responsible and independent by paying for their own service (this is so important). How does Seniority Work or how can I gain seniority?

We know that services aren't free but you can gain seniority no matter what your age is. Seniority may cut down your cost dramatically but the catch is to make your needed appointments and attend to them. This is all up to you the individual. Seniority is one of our good features and you don't have to be a senior citizen to gain your seniority. The first step to gain seniority is to make your appointments and attend them. The more appointments that you attend you can then be awarded seniority but you must keep attending services. This means more options for you and benefits for you. Representatives will look forward to working on seniority developmental steps and guides.

If you are purchasing products with us you may gain member privileges and or discounts and promotions. Regular shopping really matters within our business. This is the seniority level benefit with us to gain other privileges and opportunities. 

How do we know when we  will receive our shipments?

Honestly, you can expect to receive any shipments that you order from our website in at lest 7 to 10 business day or less. Some shipments can take longer depending on what you order, especially around busy Holiday Seasons If your shipment doesn't come in this amount of time then you need to call us back, as we are not the actual one shipping it to you, and we will need to check on the where about's of your shipment or shipments  that you have ordered. We prefer you to make early orders such as two weeks in advance or between 10 to 15 business days to get orders in a timely matter, just incase we are short staffed, Thank You.

If you are in the same city which is Chicago, then you can expect different times depending on when you pay for your order to be shipped. Most likely you can expect a shipment within 1 to 5 business days. You can schedule a time for us to deliver your order or orders to you for a delivery price depending on how far you are or where you are located, or you can also pickup your order. Order Deliveries should be made in the Chicagoland Area. Anything further will cost more for delivery. Check Delivery and Shipping Charges.

Note: Holidays can be very busy so this could delay orders if you do not order early. When you get on a Connect Plan  and you pay early then you shouldn't have to worry. Your order should come when you expect it.

When I make a Purchase is it Secure and Safe?

Yes, our Secure Payments Solutions will take you to another page which is through PayPal. You will have the option to sign-up with someone or you can just pay without signing-up. So, therefore if you don't want to sign-up you can just pay with your card. Your payment will be processed through a Secured Server whether you use the shopping cart or the invoice sent to your email, which is also through PayPal's Secured Server. You can always take a look at your Shopping Cart at the top of the page to change your order status, like adding more items/products or removing items/products.

What's The Point of Ordering Just Because of Curiosity?

Well, sometimes people are just curious about an item or product, like what it really looks like or how the order or gift item is. So they may want to order it just because. In these cases we hope that customers will let us know that this is the case.

Connect Service Options:

When you do a Connect Service Plan you can save the hassle of having to pay for products or items right away. There is no fee when you get Connect for 1 or 2 items. It is totally Free. You just have to complete a Connect form and begin.  You can add other items later if you like but it still needs to be payed by a certain date. There is a fee for you if you put 3 or more items on Connect. See Connect Service Page.

You can't fill out a Connect form immediately on the website. Someone has to send you a for via email or to a physical Address. You can also pick one up from our location. 

Kids Ordering

Kids can definitely order when they get help from a parent or are accompanied by a parent. We want to make sure that kids are safe while shopping online. Parents can get an account for children who would like to be responsible and order gifts for others within L & T Associate's Website Only. Kids cannot order ACLA Service Items on this website. This means that they can not make an appointment for ACLA Services or pick a plan for ACLA Services. Only parents can do this for their children.

The way for parents to do this is talk with someone from Customer Service or to a Representative to get the kid's Account Started.

Do you offer gift wrapping Services?

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping at this time.

 

Security During Shopping With L & T Associate's Services Online With Our Third Party Shopping Pages 

Payments are completed without leaving the store page. Our shopping pages use PayPal Secure buttons for your purchases.

 

When should I do a long session or appointment like 30 minutes, 50 minutes, an hour or 2 hours?

You should do these when it is required such as for an assessment, group or couple’s sessions (to allow time for each person to speak). Longer sessions are to assure that clients get the best results and necessary discussions. This should help clients also prevent stress.

 

                   

When is it good for me to do an online appointment or phone appointment or session?

During your first visits, usually the second visit, when you begin coming in for visits. Coming in is preferred for clients in Chicago. It is also good to do online and phone appointments when you can’t come in to your appointment because of sickness, illness, when you are in pain and can’t move around like you usually do. Phone and online appointments are to also give clients convenience. Some of these appointments or online appointments should give clients extra freedom, entertainment and relieve some stress or worries as well as should be when coming in to an appointment or session.

Event planning or Balloon Design, for weddings, parties, ceremonies or events can also mean longer appointment times or sessions depending upon the client’s need to discuss plans.

 

What do you do in an online appointment with ACLA Services at L & T Associate’s?

The same commodity as what happens in a regular ACLA Appointment except vitals may or may not be given online. You will be asked questions online to see how you are feeling or how you are doing. Based on your response or responses you will be asked more questions to help Representatives relate to the cause or problem, so they will know how to help you. Sometimes you can have test with multiple choice answers, assessments, conferences, meetings or group, family consulting, monitored exercise, revivals, confabbing, consulting, viewings or watch small to average size video’s, ceremonies, game nights (during business hours), babysitting or monitoring (requested by the client), workshops and learning events or meetings, talk to your pet while away (requested by client)

 

Can children attend an online appointment or session?

Yes, it has to be with a parent’s consent and parent must be present.

Can we talk about the same things in our appointments if we want to?

Yes, you can. This is of course for you. L & T Associate’s wants to make you feel comfortable and expectant to be at your appointments.

I don’t know what to talk about in a ACLA Appointment or Consulting, Confabbing, Life Coach appointments?

There are different things to talk about at your appointment. Firstly, the Representative will ask you questions each time you have a visit or an appointment. These questions will allow the Representative to see how you are doing and to see what else you will need help with and what you want to talk about. If you have something that you want to talk about immediately you should let the Life Coach, Consultant, or Confabbist know. We realize that you might not always know what to talk about, so each Representative will talk to you to determine this. Each visit or session is different and requires research and thought by the Representative so they can help you properly. Sessions are also designed to help people to make room for growth.

Secondly, you will have a list in front of you to see which topic or subject you would like to discuss. If there is no available list then the Representative can get you one.

Is it fair that I stressed my family or friends out and want to come and get help for my stress?

Yes, it is fair. No one goes in life without making mistakes and error. Sessions are created to help you and your family and help you get along with them and your friends. Sometimes you may not mean to stress out others and you should come to the conclusion to apologize to others when you know you have given them a hard time or stressed someone else. Sometimes people need room and time to explain themselves and to grow. Maturity does not come over night.
