If you are ordering Balloons and want it shipped within the city of Chicago it will be at your own discretion. If you want it delivered to you that is ok too when it is available. Choose the Options here to add shipping for your balloons and any other items. If your items are going to the same place there is no additional charge for delivery or shipping. Just Choose 1 delivery fee. Options are below.
