We will evaluate clients/customers for a year for ACLA Services to see what services we can continue to provide for them and to record progress. You must take services, properties, business aspects of ours, and terms and conditions seriously. You may in no way devalue our services, products, aspects of our business or you may be immediately terminated from our services, maybe permanently. Rules and terms may change or be updated at any time by L & T Associate's, and its employers as requested by the owners of L & T Associate's. We at L & T Associate's have the right to change and update these terms at any time. You must keep up to date with this on your own and ask questions as needed so that we can better service you. You agree to not give out other clients/customers personal information, L & T Associate's private information which also pertains to it's employees, contractors, or any other business associate's and business of L & T Associate's company.

Our Services

What L & T Associate's provides or will provide is a service for current and new clients or customers. The service provided is Assisted Considerate Living Arrangements or ACLA for accepted or approved people that need our expertise. Our team will provide you with the most appropriate service or services for you.

Your first appointment will determine what service is best for you. You must agree to the terms. Remember our services can be changed or discontinued at any time, so, please take advantage of the services provided.

Once you attend any of your appointments, L & T Associate's will let you know of our direct services and how they can work for you. Then you can apply. Please note that services can vary according to what you require, or your expected goals and your area will determine some of the services that you can receive. A Representative will recommend services that should meet your requirements.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Coaching Policies

Coaches at L & T Associate's must show ID, proof of residency and any other proof of Identification. All coaches must take a Coaching class and present a Certificate of Achievement. All Coaches are subject to Background Check. Coaches are also required to receive training by L &T Associate's Business. Coaches will also be required to be responsible to apply to new classes and trainings with    L & T Associates Business or a Company or Business that L & T Associate's chooses by a certain time frame. All Coaches must show ID to each client including groups. Coaches are required to get office supplies for Independent Coaches that work through L & T Associate's Business or under The Business Name. If you work directly with the L & T Associate's Business on site supplies may be already available to you. Coaches are required to do Treatment Plans; they also have to talk to clients and listen giving different amounts or research and advice. They also may be required to write reports on clients for record keeping. They are allowed to have on site visits, off-site visits, online sessions, over the phone sessions, and email sessions (rare but accessible).

Private Life Coaches are recorded in our system and may not choose to post their names on this website or any other website at this time. They choose to be private until they otherwise want to become publicly announced online. This gives the Coaches room to continue to learn about the Coaching Business and its process. All Clients have a right to know their Coaches and must keep their Coaches name Confidential, unless otherwise stated as far as court adhering's or other reasons pertaining to the Law Enforcement or Agencies permitted by Law. Criminal Coaches are not considered Private but have some Private Benefits such as not posting their names on the website and Low Pricing. This is to protect clients and Agency or L & T Associate's Business its Affiliates or Third-Party Business Partners.

Private Coaches are Paid per each client they meet or have sessions with. Like commission these Private Coaches gets paid according to how many clients they Coach. It's up to the Coach how much money they want to earn. 

Private Coaches receive Work Payments through L & T Associates via Check or Debit Card with Direct Deposit.

Regular Coaches receive cash payments, money orders, credit card from clients.

All Coaches must do a background Check.

L & T Associate's Gets a Percentage of each paying Client that Coaches receive.

New and Has To Be Approved First

Criminal Coaches can be hired but still have to have a background check. For criminals who get off on good behavior. We know that you must be trained to continue on good behavior, and you will need to be monitored and counseled as well.

Criminals or Criminal Coaches are not Guaranteed to Get Hired with L & T Associate's.  L & T Associate's will hire at their discretion.

Criminal Coaches are catered to help clients prevent themselves from becoming criminals and must be documented.

Criminal Coaches will only work with Clients who want to prevent from being a criminal and who have been criminals in the past. You do not have to be a criminal to be a Criminal Coach.

Private Coaching Prices for Clients:

New Clients ($3 per session or $20 every three months)

Continuing or Existing Clients ($2 per session or $25 per every three months)

On One Session Basis Clients (No Plan and at $3 per Session)

Criminal Coach Clients ($5 per month)

You get 15 minutes per session (Credit Card Payments Only)

Consultants & Confabbist

Consultants and Confabbist at L & T Associate's must show ID, proof of residency and any other proof of Identification. Consultants and Confabbist are recorded in our system and may have their names posted on this website or any other website at this time that is Associated with L & T Associate's, such as, its Affiliates, partners or Third-Party Company dealers. Consultants and Confabbist commits to providing private and confidential services. Consultants and Confabbist have room to continue to learn about the Business and its process. All Clients have a right to know their Consultants and Confabbist and must keep their Consultants and Confabbist name Confidential, unless otherwise stated as far as court adhering's or other reasons pertaining to the Law Enforcement or Agencies permitted by Law. Consultants and Confabbist are not considered Private at this time. This is to protect clients and Agency or L & T Associate's Business its Affiliates or Third-Party Business Partners.  

Confabbist are not required to do any Treatment Plans, they only have to talk to clients and listen. They also may be required to write reports on clients for record keeping. Confabbist gets paid according to each client they talk with. Consultants can also get paid as an hourly wage Employee. Confabbist receives cash payments, money orders, and credit card payments from clients. Confabbist are required to look after clients by doing check-up calls, sending emails and promotions when available.

Make Sure That you pick the appropriate Shipping and delivery so that you won't add it too many times. Count your Shipping Materials and make sure that it's not already added to your order. If you don't know then you can call in to talk to a Representative. Shipping can include handling also, which our drivers have in time of driving, gas expenses, leg work, packing and so forth. If you are ordering Balloons and want it shipped within the city of Chicago it will be at your own discretion. If you want it delivered to you that is ok too when it is available. Choose the Options here to add shipping for your balloons and any other items. If your items are going to the same place there is no additional charge for delivery. Just Choose 1 delivery fee.

Working for L & T Associate's is a decision for those who want to do volunteer, seasonal, part-time, full-time, contractor work, temporary work or partnership. Employment positions will be Life Coaching, Consulting, Gift Preparers, Mediator, Transporter, Clerk, Recruiter, Independent Associate Worker, Contracting, Sales, other job projects presented by managing staff. Experience is preferred for some aspects of this business, but training will be required and offered for our Representative Services. Entry Level positions are also available, this means that you are a beginner. We want to work with someone who is trainable and willing to work and also is willing to learn. We offer a second chance for hire to those who have not had a steady work history or education. Evaluation is necessary once you get the job placement, to keep you current and up to date with your Employment. We are an Equal opportunity employer. For Ads that have been placed on L & T Associate's Advertising pages, for Logo's, or for video advertisements that have been constructed by L & T Associate's, you can not get a refund for it unless request a refund in the first couple of days. The reason is because our Associate's will do the labor of creating and designing your Ad and posting it on the website and we have a labor fee to design any work for client's and customer's posted Ad's (Video or , LOGOS), and Banners on this website. If you get a LOGO or Banner, there is also a labor fee as well. Once you sign the agreement to have someone to work on your logo, sign or advertisement, there is an automatic labor fee for them to do any work for you just like anyone on a clock would say to their boss, to pay them for the hours that they worked), which should be no problem if you request a refund in the first couple of days after workers began the work, you will get a partial refund. (A refund is usually for people who didn't receive something, there is something damaged , or a person is not satisfied.)   We also understand that people can change their minds, so for that you will receive a partial refund too.
